WCS Singapore Nationals this Weekend!
From July 28 to 29th, the top Singapore players will face off in the StarCraft II World Championship Series for the Singapore Nationals. Players will battle it out through the on-site qualifier tournaments on Day 1; and the top 16 players will fight for the top spot to qualify for the Asia to represent Singapore on Day 2. With a $10,000 prize pool, this is the biggest event Singapore has for StarCraft II!
The event will also play host the qualifiers for the WCS SEA Open Finals. Four players -- two from Philippines, one from Malaysia and one from Thailand – will battle for two spots in the Asia Continentals. These players came out victorious from their respective online qualifiers from their country in the past few weeks. They will be competing on Day 2 of the event.
The WCS Singapore Nationals will be held in Funan DigitaLife Mall near City Hall MRT. To entertain our spectators, we will also hold Diablo III free trials at the venue.
