"It is normal that you don't see your SEA CE portraits on NA side. ;-)
Additional achievement and portraits are only applied to SEA CE, and your NA account is still regular (unlimited) one.
SEA CE only upgrades your SEA unlimited account, so your NA account stays ‘unlimited’ as same as before adding the CE."
