Unable to download multiplayer maps
I have been unable to play multiplayer since release as whenever I try to download the maps, I get disconnected from battle.net midway through. Does anyone have suggestions on what the problem could be? Alternatively, is there a way to download the ladder maps manually? Thanks.

How can I report a player
I know about the simple report system. But I want to file a specific report against a player. Including a screenshot of what they said. I believe they should be banned. Was silver in season 7, now bronze wtf?
I was silver pretty much across the board in season 7, but after my placement matches in s8, I have been placed in bronze, even though in my 1v1 match, I decidedly beat a high ranked silver player. Wtf? My only thought is that maybe 'coz I haven't been very active on SEA recently I have been demoted
