Metropolis as well as many other maps like GSL maps and custom games are published in "locked" mode. This means that they cannot be downloaded and reuploaded using the sc2 map editor.

If you want those maps you would have to get permission from the authors.

I agree, it's pretty dead out in SEA. I want to play Peepmode to just chill and watch some live 1v1 action, but it's never active. :(

yeah SEA server is pretty dead right now. after 12pm, you pretty much won't be able to play any games

compare to NA server, the TOP custom map has 28054 hours played, while SEA server
s top custom map has less than 1200 hours....

It looks pretty dead to me.

I hate it when games have some features region locked. Like in some race games where you can't play with people oversees. And now with StarCraft II, some custom maps are region locked!
