Inca vs NesTea ( SPOILER )
|
Spoiler for those who haven't watch Inca vs NesTea.
Most 1 sided finals I have ever seen, do you guys think Inca played very sloppy? A greedy 2 gate expo on xelnaga which had a very wide open natural, no forge or anything, only stalkers and sentries which did quite poorly against zerglings. What shocked me really was game 2,3,4. ALL of them was DTs builds. Especially on the 2nd game where Inca's micro was very bad, first the queen of NesTea wasn't fully blocking the ramp and inca didn't move his DT around. 2nd part was where his zealots got split up from his archons, the zealots killed all the +1 zerglings but still suffered heavy hp damage + the 2 archons went in alone unsupported. Felt that he could have easily took the game if his archons were with the zealots since the spines of nestea wasn't even 2/3 up. Also for game 3, I didn't understand why inca warped in 3 zealots to defend his main mineral line when there was no detection there for Nestea, 1 DT and 2 zealots to tank would have easily repelled the zerglings. As for game 4, he invested in DTs again and got no damage done with them once again, pretty much gave up his advantage of getting his expo up earlier as well as the cross positions. Overall do you guys think NesTea's build up getting his evo / spore up around 7-8min mark and +1 for melee is good? I think that if inca did a normal 6 warpgate push or delayed 6 warpgate push would easily killed nestea. He went for an extremely risky build and fail hard for 3 games in a row. |

Yup NesTea vs scfou game 5 was especially epic :D

Just watched it and totally speechless. Why would he want to keep doing that DT build when Nestea already has spores by the time he got there 2 games in a row? Anyways, Nestea didnt even scout it in the first gameso i really dunno what gave the DTs away. Also, would blink stalkers work on tal darim whrs there is so much open space? The lings just chomped them down so easily lol.
Its so one - sided, its stupid. |

People It does not matter how good or bad he played
the day you make it to the GSL is the day you can start complaining about the way he played and can't we just agree that NesTea is the most amazing zerg right now and he deserved the win. |
People It does not matter how good or bad he played well it's not a matter of me being good enough to be in GSL, it is merely a simple observation that i've seen. oGsInca certainly could have played better; i think he was just nervous at the hot seat of the finals. NesTea certainly is not THE most amazing zerg but he is pretty damn amazing imo. he's definitely one of the best zergs out there. |
People It does not matter how good or bad he playedUNTIL YOU MAKE IT INTO THE GSL DONT EVEN WATCH THE GSL, YOUR EYES DONT DESERVE TO SEE THEIR AWESOMENESS. it doesn't take a genius to notice that inca was wildly outclassed by nestea, and for a GSL grand finalist he was extremely disappointing |
People It does not matter how good or bad he played If thats the case, going by your logic, no one should be able to comment on any sport in the world because no one play all sports at the very top level. |

Inca indeed simply got outclassed.
Inca didnt even try to consider the basics of using protoss by using stalkers and Force fields. All his rounds he went DT rush build only to have failed. Nestea Clearly outclassed him simple as that. Now blizz needs to nerf nestea haha. But yes the match in semi finals nestea vs scfou was awesome. Round 5 was insane, that match was clearly in favor for terrans due to map advantage, really lucky nes tea stoped scfou from expanding and dried him out, insane game that was |
