Solution for NA StarCraft II Upgrade Issue & REGION SWITCHER

Have you done 'add game' for NA server?
If not, please follow the link, https://sea.battle.net/account/management/index.xml and log in first.
Once you're logged in, you will see your game accounts such as World of Warcraft and StarCraft II.
Right below your Southeast Asia & ANZ, you will see a grayed out box of StarCraft II for North America.
Click 'add game' and go back to the game log in screen. There you can find 'Region' button, click and choose NA and you should be good to go!

If you have done adding game and it still shows your NA StarCraft II as a starter edition, you need to do free upgrade for the full version of NA StarCraft II.

Please follow steps as below.

[FREE UPGRADE FOR NA STARCRAFT II]
1. Go to http://sea.battle.net/en/ and log in.
2. Go to ACCOUNT on the upper right corner of the website
3. Under YOUR GAME ACCOUNTS, click StarCraft II®: Wings of Liberty for North America as a starter edition.
4. The next page will show you GAME MANAGEMENT StarCraft II®: Starter Edition. On the right side of the screen, you may see a small dashboard that says "Free Upgrade Available".
Once you click UPGRADE, it will change to unlimited edition.

On the game log in screen, you may find 'Region' button on the left.
If you want to switch your region, click and choose either SEA or NA.

When you are entering your BATTLE.NET ACCOUNT NAME, you can see 'REGION' button on the left. However, if you are entering your PASSWORD after Battle.net account, 'REGION' button disappears. To go back to change your region, you need to click return button next to your account name.

If you also have enabled 'REMEMBER ACCOUNT' option, you cannot see 'REGION' button because you may see the entering the password screen next time you are trying to log in.

BUT, you haven't enabled 'REMEMBER ACCOUNT' option and you are not entering your password and you are not able to see 'REGION' button, you may have installed wrong game client such as NA StarCraft II game client.

In this case, you need to download and install SEA StarCraft II game client @ Battle.net.
When you download the game client, make sure that the text under 'Game Client' says: 'English (SG)'

If you don't want to download game client, you can get a copy of StarCraft II folder from someone who has installed SEA game client successfully and move it to your computer.
