The Antiga Shipyard test map thing blizz released >.<

It has some minor adjustments in it and they wanted player feedback.

Do you need a hug fenix?

Those changes are pretty minor. All I see from the observer buff is that Protosses lose less to banshee or DT rushes (yay) and the Overlord buff is only 25% or so more speed. The queen buff could be significant, but none of these changes seem as significant as most other changes that have happened in patches.

Overlord speed pretty important. You effectively get 25% more scouting inside a base with an overlord. also makes them less likely to get sniped down by proxy rax or marines on the hunt early game.

As for observer, indeed it is useful for pumping-out when you need detection, but again this has a more important benefit of allowing you to more comfortably make observers and not feel like you're missing out on production of attacking units (which they stressed was the factor for this buff).
