Topic Is this a bug? Colonist Mastery Achievement

I complete all achievements in the Colonist missions, but I have not received this achievement. The achievement explaination says I have not complete the evacuation achievement, however I obtained that when I first finished the game. Because after beating the mission, this achievement has already highlighted, I can no longer unlock it. Also, total achievement unlocked shows 140 out of 160, and 20 is for Colonist Mastery, given that one can not delete achievement, is there anything I can do to obtain the reward?
