2 Bugs regarding my profile

Firstly, I have an infinite amount of placement matches in my 1v1 league. I've played more than 70 games already.
Secondly, in my profile; under the 1v1 statistics, it does not show my Battle.net id but my friend's id. (Analitez) These two bugs have been with me since the day I bought the game on the 27th. Lastly, I'm disappointed with the service I've been getting from SEA Blizzard customer support. I've emailed at least 5 times, twice with screenshots showing my problems and I've called twice and nothing they could do to rectify my problem. Instead I was told to post my problems here? How would my problems be solved by typing in the forum when a simple call directly to the technical support can't even solve my problem? Absolutely ridiculous. |
