I open up SC2. then its says patch 1.4.4 needs to be updated, although i'm pretty sure i already have updated it ages ago ... anyways it doesn't even get past 1 % finished and it crashes and the window closes and no SC2 comes up. I have tried it multiple times with no SC2 coming up... any help?

I have same problem too. even i have used the manual patch update, but also doesn't work.

Recently, as StarCraft ll has been upgraded to 1.5.0, you need to upgrade it from 1.4.4 to 1.5.0. If you are using a MAC This error indicates that the game is attempting on Mac OS X 10.5. As of StarCraft II patch 1.5, Leopard users (10.5) are unable to play StarCraft II. Upgrading to Mac OS X 10.6 and above will resolve this issue. If you still have the same problem, please try this. 1. Optimize Internet Connections http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/optimizing-your-wireless-or-lowspeed-internet-connection-pc 2. Disabling Proxy Settings Disable Proxy Settings and Dial-up Connections Press Windows Key + R Type inetcpl.cpl into the run window Press OK Click on the Connections tab Ensure Never dial a connection is selected Press the LAN settings button Uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN If Use a proxy server for your LAN is already unchecked, try to toggle Automatically detect settings. If it is checked, uncheck it. If it is not checked, check it. Press OK Check for Offline Mode in Internet Explorer Open Internet Explorer Press Alt + F Uncheck Work Offline If it doesn't work for you, please submit a ticket to us with your systme files. Still dosen't work.... i have try all suggestion but still cannot update the patch I feel angry because i just play this game few days only ( Before 1.44 it can be update).... and i will not buy any BLIZZARD game again.. anyway thank for you help ToleLaputa |
