Topic HELP: Cannot see chat/s ingame

So there I was playing 4v4 arranged team with my buddies, when suddenly I could not read my own chat message ingame, and also my friends' messages aswell. However, when the game ended, I could finally read & send messages to my team via 'Party Chat'.

It happened to me 3 games straight during that arranged team. As it also happened once (1) to one of my teammates during the same time. Also, this has happened to me before on a different time. Although exiting the game and restarted my PC helped.

Is this another problem? Any fix on this would help. T'was really difficult playing a teamgame w/o chat. Lol. Seriously.
