Topic The very basics

Hi, I simply want to be able to do some tests with 2 groups of forces to compare how well they fight against each other. ie I would like 1 force sitting in a set formation and the other force I want to control and attach them.

I've never used the editor and don't really know where to start.

Can someone tell me the basics of how to do this or give me a link to somewhere I can find out how to do this.
