Hi, fellas, TofuGuy here, a Terran player in the Silver league and I am striving really hard to improve my game and I know there are others like me so I'm creating this thread for everyone's benefits.
Here we can post our practice buddy requests and hopefully someone will answer to them. To make things organize, we can follow a similar format in the TL Forums where you post your infos. Here's the link to that thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=121253 Since, this is the SEA server/forums, I don't think there is still a need to post on which server you play, but we're gonna be adding character codes. Here is the format we're gonna be using: B.Net ID: TofuGuy Character Code: 231 Rating: 1400 (These are the points you acquire when you win league games. This determines you're ranking in a division you're in) League: Silver Rank: 35 Race: Terran Other: Extra info that will make contacting you easier, preferences in matchups, goals, if you feel you need to explain your low/high ranking in an attempt to get more people to contact you, hate messages against people who like to 6pool etc. I'll do my best to update this thread on a regular basis. I can't play while I'm in the office so I'll be able to watch over this thread since I have unlimited 8 hours web access (This is what you call being productive). **EDIT** "Rating" explained |

Good idea.
But also include to your list what that person needs practicing with. It could just be something general like Macro-ing better or something specific like "How do I beat 4 gate?" to advanced things like "Teach me when is the best time too attack if X is going with this X build order". |
We can put that in "Other" I need micro practice, I find those micro maps I played in NA server very advanced and brutal >.< @DarthNoKo: Good luck to your search, buddy *thumbs up |

silver around 1900-2000 (feel like I'm maybe gold level now with recent improvements but waiting to see if I get promoted) zerg player I'm on at pretty random times but I'm always up for some practice matches, especially zvz's since I feel that's my weakest matchup. I like to play macro kind of games where I defend early on and survive to get the better economy, so if you like doing all-ins or rushes that might be good too cos I like to see what I can survive against with my openings. |
