Common Problems
The Battle.net Update Agent could not read a necessary file in order to run or update the game. This happens when a necessary file is corrupted or locked down by another program. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.

Configure your security software's exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.

Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net App may resolve rare launcher issues.

If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
