Common Problems
- I purchased a Race Change, I used it, but my character didn't change races
- I used a race change, the service didn't complete and my character is now locked
- I receive an error when trying to use a Race Change token
- Error: "This character does not have any eligible races to change to"
Wait at least 30 minutes before logging in. It may take up to 72 hours after payment for the Race Change to complete.
