Cannot Play StarCraft II Campaign

Common Problems

  • Won't let me play the Legacy of the Void campaign, it tells me I need to buy it
  • Bought the three campaigns long ago, I logged in and it says I don't have HOTS or LOTV
  • Upgraded to Heart of the Swarm but cannot play the Zerg campaign

If you cannot play a StarCraft II campaign that you have purchased, it may be for one of two reasons.

There was a payment issue with your game upgrade. 

Check the status of your order in your Transaction History. The order for your game must show as Complete

You logged in with the wrong Blizzard account.

Log out and log back in and make sure you log in with the correct Blizzard account. If you don't remember the original Blizzard account email, contact us.
