Can't Access Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Steam Pre-Purchase Benefits on Battle.net

Currently, there is no available way to launch Warzone through Steam or to link a Steam purchase to a Battle.net account. Blizzard is unable to assist with bonuses included in purchases made on other platforms. Please see the Call of Duty website or the individual product pages on the platform stores for details regarding in-game bonus distributions.
