Troubleshooting Controller DualSense vibrations in Diablo Immortal

If configured as an audio device, when your headphones are plugged into the audio jack, the Sony DualSense Controller (PS5) may provide haptic vibration based on game audio.

In order to Enable or Disable Audio-Based Haptic Feedback, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Click Start
2. Type Sound Setting and press Enter
3. In the Choose your output device dropdown, select Speakers (Wireless Controller)
4. Click Device properties
5. Under Related Settings, click Additional device properties
6. Click the Enhancements tab
7. To enable or disable, check or uncheck the Speaker Fill box
8. Click Apply
9. Click Ok
