The Diablo IV Collector's Box is only sold on the Blizzard Gear Store. This is a collector's box only, and does not include a game code. More information can be found on the Gear Store. There are no physical collector's edition copies that include a game code.
If you want to purchase the Digital Deluxe or Ultimate Edition for PC, this can be done via the Battle.net shop. Console players can purchase these through their console shop. If you bought the Standard Edition on Console, there should be options in-game to upgrade to the Deluxe or Ultimate edition with Platinum.
The only physical copies of the game are Standard Edition copies for Console at authorized retailers. Physical copies are not available for PC.
