- I am not able to unlink my old PlayStation account.
- How do I unlink my Xbox console from Battle.net.
Log in to your Connections in your Account Management page. Once there, click the Disconnect button next to the console account you want to unlink.
Many account links have cooldowns limiting how often they can be created, and a warning will let you know what the cooldown is for the specific link you are editing.
Customer Support is unable to assist with linking/unlinking accounts, or bypassing cooldowns.
