Can't Purchase Arclight Booster Again After Refund or Chargeback

Common Problems
I requested a refund for Arclight Booster via Google and now I have no option to purchase it again.The Arclight Rumble bundle can be purchased only once per Warcraft Rumble account. If you refund or chargeback the purchase, you will not be able to repurchase this pack.
