Used the save and exit function, but can't find my characterIf you can't see a character you were previously playing, ensure you are looking for the correct character type by switching between the Online and Offline tabs in the top right of the character select screen.
If you are playing offline on different PCs, characters are stored locally and need to be exported to the other device(s) after each play session.
If you are looking for a character you previously played in Diablo II (2000), offline single player characters can be manually imported into Diablo II: Resurrected.
There is also no expiration which means you keep the character and it will not get deleted.
Characters that have been deleted cannot be restored. Customer Support cannot restore deleted character.
