Diablo Immortal Progress Lost or Reset

Common Problems

  • I switched phones and when I logged in to Immortal all my progress has disappeared.
  • I launched Immortal on the computer but I don't see the progress I made on my phone.

If you previously played Diablo Immortal and you discover that you lost your game progress: 

  • Verify that you are logged in with the correct Battle.net account
  • Verify that you are logged in to the correct server
  • If you changed devices, make sure you saved your game progress to your Battle.net account on the original device

If you previously played Diablo Immortal on a different device, you can recover your game progress if you still have the original device. If you do not have the original device, game progress you made on that device is lost and Blizzard Customer Support cannot assist. 

If you still have the original device, load Diablo Immortal on it, click the Account button, and enter your Battle.net email. This will save your game progress to your Battle.net account.
