The Blizzard Battle.net App automatically handles OS compatibility. If you have manually set the app or the game to run in compatibility mode, please disable the compatibility mode as this can complicate or worsen technical troubleshooting.
- Navigate to your Blizzard Battle.net desktop app install directory (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Blizzard Battle.net desktop app).
- Right-click Battle.net.exe and select Properties.
Note: If you need to disable compatibility mode on a game file, select Show in Explorer from the Options menu and open the game folder to find the file you need to modify. - Select the Compatibility tab.
- Uncheck Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
- Click Apply then OK.
