Common Problems
- When I attempt to make a purchase at the discounted price, I get the error "This offer isn't available. Some offers are only available for a limited time, or to specific accounts."
- I received an email for a discount but after opening the link, the shop tells me that it's not available
Before claiming your discount, make sure you are logged into the Battle.net website with the account using the address email where you receive your offer. Your email also states when the discount expires.
If you still receive this error, you may have your Battle.net Product Recommendations disabled under Personalized Recommendations. Follow the steps below to resolve it:
- Go to your Blizzard account's Privacy & Communication
- Click on Update under Personalized Recommendations and Opt-in by checking the Battle.net Product Recommendations box
- Click Save to complete
Note: If you don’t want to receive future Battle.net Product Recommendations, please turn the setting off using the same method after completing your purchase.
